Nothing to brag, we enjoy the company of like-minded creative people that want to have a bit of fun while on their journey. Share ideas, be in a safe non-judgemental environment and keep costs to a minimum, so everyone can join in. We have a small committee and very casual meetings for everyone present to be involved. If you want to join us send Alice an email at alice@aspirp.co.nz and she’ll add you to our mailing list. Membership is $10 per annum, August/September each year. Our exhibition is held in Tuatapere normally the second weekend in October annually. And weekend retreats are held in Tautuku (Feb and Sept) and Borland Lodge (Jul). Always open to new places to try and new ideas. The Artists of Southland Group is a diverse collective, welcoming artists of all skill levels, from absolute beginners to those with advanced experience. Our primary focus is to create a supportive, encouraging, and positive environment where artists can develop their skills, share their work, and grow in confidence. Through collaboration and community, we aim to uplift one another and promote the vibrant artistic talent found across our region.
