Opened in December 2000, the Riverton Community Arts Centre is a charitable trust dedicated to promoting the Arts in Riverton, Southland. The core business of the Riverton Community Arts Centre is to provide a quality innovative art space in Riverton and our objective is to encourage participation in the Arts by promoting opportunities for the social and cultural benefit of the residents of Riverton; the surrounding District, and also visitors to the area.
