Marion Metz

Marion Metz is a multi-disciplinary artist whose creative practice spans jewellery, mosaic, photography and painting. Her work has been exhibited and sold throughout Southland and Queenstown, with several of her photographic works and jewellery pieces receiving awards.

Marion’s creativity has continued to evolve over the years, from intricate wire-knitted necklaces and mosaic work to chain maille jewellery, fluid art and photography. Nature is a strong influence, particularly landscapes, flowers, macro details and the dramatic colours of the Aurora Australis and southern night sky.
