Margaret Palmer McKenzie is an award winning artist based in Gore, Southland and exhibits artwork throughout New Zealand. Margaret’s artwork is especially popular around Queenstown, Wanaka and Central Otago. Impressionism is the basis for Margaret’s work – colour, texture and movement in various mediums and subjects are an important aspect to her work. She likes to capture the essence of her subjects whether landscape, life or still life. Margaret feels privileged to be following and fulfilling her passion.
