As an emerging local artist and musician, my creative journey is driven by a passion for both visual and auditory expression. Over the past 12 months, I’ve focused on exploring the interplay between color, pattern, and composition in my artwork. My pieces are created using a mix of paint and Posca pens on paper, allowing for bold contrasts and intricate designs that capture the energy and rhythm I aim to convey.
The upcoming Southland Arts Trail Weekend offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase this body of work at Global Bite Café in Invercargill. The café’s vibrant atmosphere is the perfect backdrop for these pieces, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in both the art and the flavors of the space. Each artwork reflects my ongoing exploration of how different elements come together to create a cohesive visual experience.
