My interest in Arts has evolved into working more with textiles, and the value of the experience of working in the Castledowns Wetland in Dipton has given me inspiration and subject matter for my work.
My art uses natural resources to try and convey my passion about the value of the natural world’s resources that are there for us all to enjoy. I have used natural dyes including indigo, patchwork screen printing, mono printing, and life drawing .
I am interested in encouraging other artists and increasing participating in the arts in Southland.
