From the time I first had a twin lens reflex put in my hands I was hooked. There were many mishaps with that old manual camera as I stumbled my way along the path of discovery. A short trip with an instamatic was followed by my first SLR experiences. I tried everything. Macro, long lenses, portraiture and a whole load of experimenting in the dark room. Since owning a digital SLR and moving to New Zealand I have developed a love of landscape. Lets face it, the South Island of New Zealand has to have some of the most stunning vistas in the world concentrated in a fairly small area.
